Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force. It is a powerful yet simple and gentle natural healing system where the therapist’s hands are held above or placed gently on the body to facilitate this flow of energy to the client.
It connects with the wisdom of the body and its inherent vitality and healing capability. The client remains fully clothed during the treatment. Crystals are used during the treatment to enhance the experience.
Reflexology

Based on the Chinese philosophy that the entire body is reflected in the feet, reflexology stimulates these reflexes and acupressure points. It is an ancient healing art which balances and enhances general wellbeing.
Regular treatments may increase energy levels, boost the immune system and assist in conditions such as sinus, insomnia, menopause etc. The one hour treatment includes a foot bath.
Remedial Massage

A deeper massage able to focus on specific areas of muscle tension or discomfort. Increases circulation, may assist chronic pain and muscle tension.
Sacred Crystal Massage

Intuitive Healing with Crystals. Crystals are placed on the body to promote a state of deep relaxation. They are selected for your individual needs. The silky smooth crystals glide over your body emitting their natural gifts to rebalance and harmonise.
The benefits of crystals have been recognised for thousands of years by many cultures. They work through colour, resonance and vibration with each crystal possessing varying specific properties. For example, to help ground, promote clarity, rejuvenate or relax.
Bach Flower Remedies

Great for Stress! Dr Bach developed a system of 38 different plant and flower remedies to assist in balancing the emotions. Each remedy aids a specific emotion. They are gentle, natural and supportive and can be used by everyone.
Your particular needs are discussed during the consultation and a blend of up to seven remedies is combined for you in a treatment bottle. They are taken simply by placing a few drops under the tongue.

A soothing and flowing massage incorporating elements of lymphatic drainage and acupressure. A blend of pure essential oils is selected according to your personal needs. The oils act on a physical as well as an emotional level and can be chosen to uplift, relax, ease anxiety or target physical conditions.
Swedish/Relaxation Massage

Long, slow, flowing strokes help ease stress and tension as you melt into a blissful state of relaxation.
Stone Therapy Massage

The body is massaged with hot (and sometimes also cool) stones to balance physically and emotionally. Some stones rest on energy centres, others glide along the body, melting away tension. Aids detoxification. A nurturing treatment that rejuvenates, revitalizes and relaxes body, mind and spirit.
